PRIVACY NOTICE
The Read Write Company only retains the name and address of schools, and the person within the school, who has purchased 'The CSP Spelling and Language Programme' by Sharon MCMurray & Christine Fleming' (formerly known as 'The Complete Spelling Programme' ) or other product. This is for the purpose of holding securely the digital files schools have purchased so that in the event of loss or damage we can replace the files (an administrative cost is associated with any replacement of lost or damaged files) and we retain this data to verify users who can legally use our copyright products.
The CSP Spelling and Language Programme (formerly known as 'The Complete Spelling Programme') can only be purchased directly from the Read Write Company Ltd and no other company or person. This data is held until the school has informed us that they are no longer using 'The CSP Spelling and Language Programme' (formerly known as 'The Complete Spelling Programme') or other product.
Data submitted by an individual on behalf of a school via the password request form on our website (so that the school can download samples of the The CSP Spelling and Language Programme) is retained for a period of 12 months so that we can follow up on this initial contact by telephone or email. After 12 months this data is deleted.
Please note that access to our products is only available to schools. Any request for information must be from an official school email address.
All data is held securely and is not shared with any other person or organisation.
